MSBA’s Education Expo – October 22-23, 2026

Welcome to our new Exhibitor Registration system for the 2026 MSBA Education Expo.  Please take a moment to read the following instructions:

1. Package Selection: On this page, you may choose a sponsorship package.  All sponsorship packages in 2026 come with a complimentary booth. Booth level and location is determined by sponsorship package.  If you do not wish to purchase a sponsorship, please select “Booth Only” to proceed to the floor plan map to select your booth.
2. Booth Selection: On this page, you may select your booth in real time. Click on the booth you would like to purchase, and then select “Add to Cart” in the pop-up window.  All booths are 10’x10′, and include an 8ft backdrop and 3ft draped side curtains. Booth prices are determined by location, with 4 tiers available:
   • Premium Tier 1: $1,500
   • Premium Tier 2: $1,300
   • Standard Tier 1: $1,150
   • Standard Tier 2: $1,000
3. Add-Ons: All booths come with 4 exhibitor badges that allow access to the exhibit hall floor. If you need additional booth staff, you may purchase badges for $25 per person. You may also add on a tax-deductible contribution to MSBA’s FutureBuilders Foundation, which provides student scholarships and funds important public education research.
4. Review Cart: Please review your cart before proceeding to checkout
5. Checkout: This year, we are asking exhibitors to purchase their booths via credit card or eCheck/ACH. You can check out instantly with your credit card; if you wish to use ACH, please choose the ACH option, submit your order, and contact Brandt Shields (shields@mosba.org) to arrange ACH payment.

Please note: anyone who contacts you offering to sell you an attendee list for our conference is a SCAM. Please do not engage!
